What the Full Concierge Experience Looks Like

Phase 1: Discovery & Sourcing

We start with a deep strategy call about your needs, preferences, budget, and timeline. Then I research the market, identify the best units, check days-on-lot, and build a shortlist of target RVs with the best deal potential.

Phase 2: Dealer Engagement & Negotiation

I reach out to dealers directly on your behalf. I pull invoice data, assess their motivation level, and begin the price negotiation before you ever visit. By the time you step onto the lot, the deal is largely structured.

Phase 3: F&I & Financing Defense

Before you visit the F&I office, I brief you on every product they'll offer, what each one costs the dealer, and exactly what to say. I also compare dealer financing against outside options so you know whether to accept or decline their rate.

Phase 4: Walkthrough & PDI

I provide a comprehensive 40-point Pre-Delivery Inspection checklist and review any virtual walkthrough photos or video. Any issues found are documented and addressed before you sign the final delivery paperwork.

Phase 5: Post-Sale Support

For 30 days after the deal closes, I'm available for any questions — warranty issues, service scheduling, or anything that comes up. You're not on your own after delivery.
